Return information

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your labels, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please provide your order number and the reason for your dissatisfaction.

If a mistake was made on our part, we will gladly make the necessary changes and ship out within 24 hours.

If you would like a refund or are unsatisfied for some other reason and would like your labels remade, we require that you return your entire order. As soon as we receive your unused labels, we will refund payment less shipping costs or revise your labels, whichever you prefer.
