Each order is lovingly hand-prepared to your specifications and we do our best to ensure you will love your labels. To help ensure you are satisfied with your order, we will email you a proof to look over for needed corrections.

If you are unsatisfied with your labels, contact us within 7 days of receipt. If a mistake was made on our part, we will gladly make the necessary changes and ship out within 24 hours. If you request a refund, we require that you return your entire order. As soon as we receive your labels, we will refund payment less shipping costs.
